Here's a nifty little program that could make your life a bit easier. Our
Puritas Springs Software Loan Amortizer program (PSSLA)
not only does the interest and principal calculations, it can also integrate
real estate tax and insurance payments into the payment schedule. PSSLA
can calculate balloon payments by simply dialing in the appropriate period of
time. The straightforward and clean reports look great on paper, but they can
also be directed to your word processor for inclusion in contracts and other
documents.
Impact of Making Extra Mortgage Payments. This is an interesting
button, it brings up the dialog box shown below and shows you how much you save
over the life of the loan by making overpayments—small or large. You'll be
surprised! You may find as many personal uses as client uses. |
