Sure, the Ohio Secretary of State web site has the same forms, but OBF2 has these features and advantages:

• Quicker, Better Forms - No Mistakes - No White Out - where information is repetitive, i.e. the name and address of the business, statutory agent information, company representative info, OBF2 will complete much of the forms itself. Automation means less mistakes.
  
• Persistent file storage. OBF2 saves files as sets of forms related to a client, not as simple documents like a word processor. That means repetitive information not only transfers within a form, but also between different forms. For example, if you're doing a corporate amendment, all the appropriate information from the Initial Articles of Incorporation will transfer automatically to Certificate of Amendment. Persistent file storage also means that all your documents with respect to that client are in one file in one place. Easy to find, easy to use, easy to back up.
  
• Exports all forms to your word processor. OBF2 prints all its forms directly to your printer without needing any other software or hardware other than your printer itself. In addition, however, OBF2 can send its output to your word processor where you can edit forms any way you want, even making changes to the forms themselves. Printing, faxing, emailing, or making PDFs is simple. Not that PDF-making functionality is dependent on your word processor or owning Adobe Acrobat.
  
• Auto-Text-Fit. If you've got a bit more information than will fit in a given space, OBF2 will automatically shrink the font size until the text fits.
