can join our email mailing list and we'll notify you of all new releases,
special sales, and free upgrade availability. For your further information:
we only send about 6 or so emails a year, and we do not share our email list
with other companies in order to protect your privacy.

Assistance
|
We've started giving remote assistance to a few of our users with
spectacular results. Because the remote assistance cost is only $30 per
half hour session, our users have found that for $30 or $60 dollars
they're avoiding the cost of having their computer people come out which
usually costs several hundred dollars. If you've had problems with your
software or would like specialized training, don't hesitate to call us and
schedule a remote assistance session. This promises to become one of the
biggest cost and time savers we offer. Remote Assistance sessions can also
be used for one-on-one program tutoring and instruction. It's fantastic for
those of you who are computer challenged, and it's surprising how much
better and quicker you can work when you know what you're doing.

Changes are occurring almost monthly with these forms. The most recent are
updated IRS and Census Bureau information for the means test (3/17/08).

Probate/Guardianship/Adoption Forms
|
Effective March 1, 2008 the Ohio Supreme Court published some new probate
forms. These forms are available at no cost to owners of the current version
of these programs. Use your program's Download Upgrade
function on the Help menu.
