Instructions for Obtaining Upgrades
The above list includes all of our current programs and contains the full
product name, abbreviated name, current version and miscellaneous notes. The
information contained in this list is subject to change without notice.
Minor upgrades are reflected in changes in the version number to the right
of the decimal. Major upgrades usually, but not always, involve a change to
the left of the decimal in the version number.
Unless otherwise noted, minor upgrades are free until the release of a
subsequent major upgrade. For example, upgrading from Version 2.00 to
Version 2.03 of Ohio Adoption Forms is free. If Version
3.0
were released, Ohio Adoption Forms Version 2 would no longer be free to
upgrade. Note that this reference to the Adoption program is an example and no major revision to Ohio
Adoption Forms is currently planned.
Our preference is that, if possible, you upgrade via the Internet; however,
not all programs have that capability. In the event you cannot
upgradeable via the Internet, send
your original program disk and include a
self-addressed, stamped return mailer. It is not necessary to include an
enclosure letter.
Note: It is occasionally necessary to remove a program before
reinstalling the newer version. You can do so without fear of losing or
harming your client files. Just follow the instructions. |
